Past Presidents from the year 1898 The Texas Professional Photographers Association, Inc. was formed in 1898 and has been the unified voice of Texas photographers since. It is with great pride we list all the past presidents of this association. The year they served and the city where they lived during ther term in office is also indicated. The By-Laws of the Texas Professional Photographers Association, Inc., Article III, section 6, states: Upon completion of his/her term as President, Life Membership shall automatically be extended to the outgoing President and his/her spouse as individuals.
